How Our Rental Process Works
We’ve designed our rental process to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. Here’s exactly what to expect from purchase to return.
1. Purchase Your Rental Online
• Browse our shop and select the rental item(s) you’d like.• Checkout and pay the rental price upfront.• A refundable care & cleanliness deposit will be added to your order at checkout.
We do not charge a separate booking fee. Your payment secures your request and allows us to begin date confirmation.2. Request Your Event Date
• After completing your purchase, you will be prompted to submit your event date (or you may be contacted shortly after purchase to confirm your requested date).• All rentals are subject to date availability.
• If your requested date is unavailable, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
3. Date Confirmation
• Once availability is confirmed, your rental date will be officially locked in.• You’ll receive a confirmation message letting you know your rental is scheduled.
4. Event Week Communication
• On the Monday of your event week, we will reach out with:
Pickup date & time window
Pickup location
Any last-minute instructions or reminders
5. Pickup & Rental Agreement
• At pickup, customers are required to:
Review and sign a rental agreement
Verify all items are present and in good condition
• Once signed, the rental is officially released to you.
6. Enjoy Your Event
• Use the rental item(s) for your event as agreed.• Please ensure items are used responsibly and returned in the same condition received.
7. Return & Inspection
• Items must be returned at the agreed-upon return time.• Upon return, we will inspect all items to confirm:
No damage
No missing pieces
Normal use cleanliness
8. Deposit Refund
• If all items pass inspection, your care & cleanliness deposit will be refunded within 1–2 business days.
• If items are damaged, excessively dirty, or missing pieces, part or all of the deposit may be withheld in accordance with our rental agreement.
9. Final Notes
• Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds.• Failure to return items in acceptable condition may result in additional charges beyond the deposit.
