How Our Rental Process Works
We’ve designed our rental process to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. Here’s exactly what to expect from purchase to return.

1. Purchase Your Rental Online
• Browse our shop and select the rental item(s) you’d like.• Checkout and pay the rental price upfront.• A refundable care & cleanliness deposit will be added to your order at checkout.
We do not charge a separate booking fee. Your payment secures your request and allows us to begin date confirmation.

2. Request Your Event Date
• After completing your purchase, you will be prompted to submit your event date (or you may be contacted shortly after purchase to confirm your requested date).• All rentals are subject to date availability.
• If your requested date is unavailable, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

3. Date Confirmation
• Once availability is confirmed, your rental date will be officially locked in.• You’ll receive a confirmation message letting you know your rental is scheduled.

4. Event Week Communication
• On the Monday of your event week, we will reach out with:
Pickup date & time window
Pickup location
Any last-minute instructions or reminders

5. Pickup & Rental Agreement
• At pickup, customers are required to:
Review and sign a rental agreement
Verify all items are present and in good condition
• Once signed, the rental is officially released to you.

6. Enjoy Your Event
• Use the rental item(s) for your event as agreed.• Please ensure items are used responsibly and returned in the same condition received.

7. Return & Inspection
• Items must be returned at the agreed-upon return time.• Upon return, we will inspect all items to confirm:
No damage
No missing pieces
Normal use cleanliness

8. Deposit Refund
• If all items pass inspection, your care & cleanliness deposit will be refunded within 1–2 business days.
• If items are damaged, excessively dirty, or missing pieces, part or all of the deposit may be withheld in accordance with our rental agreement.

9. Final Notes
• Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds.• Failure to return items in acceptable condition may result in additional charges beyond the deposit.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and consistent for all customers. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellation Timeframes
7+ days before the event date Full refund of all rental fees paid minus any non‑refundable booking fee.
3–6 days before the event date 50% refund of rental fees paid.
Booking fees are non‑refundable less than 72 hours before the event date no refund will be issued.

2. Booking Fees & Deposits
• Any booking or reservation fee is non‑refundable. This fee secures your date and removes availability for other customers.
• Refundable care / cleanliness deposits are returned at pickup or drop‑off once all items are inspected and confirmed to be returned clean, undamaged, and complete.

3. Weather Policy
• Weather‑related cancellations are treated the same as standard cancellations based on the timelines above. We encourage customers to plan for covered or indoor use when possible.
• Rescheduling due to weather may be accommodated once, subject to availability.

4. Rescheduling
• One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested more than 7 days before the event date.
• Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
• Reschedule requests made within 7 days of the event are treated as cancellations and follow the refund timeline above.
• Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

5. No‑Shows & Early Returns
• No refunds are given for no‑shows, unused rentals, or early returns.

6. Damage, Loss, or Excessive Cleaning
• Refundable deposits may be partially or fully withheld if items are returned damaged, excessively dirty, or missing pieces.
• If damage exceeds the deposit amount, the customer is responsible for the remaining balance.

7. Business‑Initiated Cancellations
• In the rare event we must cancel your rental, you will receive a 100% full refund, including all fees paid.

8. Agreement
By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
